  • CHECK IN/OUT

Check-in time is anytime after 3 pm. If you arrive earlier we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Check-out time is 11:00 am so that we have sufficient time to prepare the rooms for incoming guests.

  • Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Los Alcatraces Cozumel.

  • CANCELLATIONS

As a small inn, we need ample notice of cancellation. If a cancellation is not received 30 days in advance you will be charged for the entire reservation. All cancellations are to be requested by e-mail. Proof of sending does not confirm proof of receipt.

  • OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests of Los Alcatraces Cozumel will be allowed on site and the privilege of using said facilities.

  • PETS

Although we are pet-friendly, we do not accept pets. All pets are prohibited on the property

  • CHILDREN

Los Alcatraces Cozumel is designed with the comfort and relaxation of adults.
